1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing btk66.net or any associated subdomain, mobile site, or application, you unconditionally accept these Terms & amp; Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the btk66 platform in any manner.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access the platform and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence. If you are accessing btk66 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

btk66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of btk66 following the posting of any changes constitutes binding acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and btk66.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the btk66 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. btk66 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or participating in any game or betting market.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using btk66 is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of btk66 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

btk66 uses technical and procedural age-verification measures. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending completion of a mandatory documentation review. If underage gambling is confirmed, all funds on the account — including any winnings — will be forfeited and the relevant authorities may be notified.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of btk66 services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino games — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on btk66. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. If the Company identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and promotional benefits will be voided.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: btk66 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by the Company, you will be required to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or bKash/Nagad account statement (for address verification, dated within 90 days)

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. btk66 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to the Company promptly upon discovery.

Accurate Information: If any information provided during registration changes — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you are obligated to update your account details promptly. btk66 accepts no liability for failed communications or payment delays resulting from outdated account information.

Account Security: You must notify btk66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. The Company may temporarily freeze the account pending investigation to protect your funds.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on btk66 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btk66 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are generally credited to your btk66 account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. btk66 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during btk66 business hours (24/7, BST UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance (excluding locked bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements).
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless a specific exception has been approved by the btk66 finance team.
• There must be no active account investigation, fraud review, or compliance hold on your account at the time of the withdrawal request.

Payment Matching: For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, btk66 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposit are not permitted without prior written approval from the Company's compliance team.

Transaction Limits: btk66 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at the account level. Any applicable limits will be communicated to you via your account settings. High-volume withdrawals may require additional documentation or enhanced verification before processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

btk66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal campaigns aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible game contribution rates, and time limits applicable to each promotion are published in the individual promotion's terms page. As a general guide, sports betting wagers contribute 100% towards rollover requirements, while slot games contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the title, and live casino games contribute between 10% and 50%.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated entirely from bonus funds (before any real-money deposit is wagered) is capped at ৳20,000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower. This cap does not apply to winnings generated after the bonus wagering requirement has been fully cleared.

Promotional Abuse: btk66 monitors player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Where such activity is identified, the Company reserves the right to void bonus credits, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

Modification and Cancellation: btk66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and partially completed wagering requirements, the Company will apply a proportionate adjustment to the player's account in good faith.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on btk66 is subject to the product-specific rules published on the platform for each game type, sport, or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general rules apply across all products:

Sports Betting: Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the wager cannot be cancelled or amended. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent data feed manipulation. btk66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where the result has been determined by factors outside normal sporting competition.

Live Casino: All live casino games are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live casino game, the Company will endeavour to resolve the outcome based on available game logs. If a round cannot be completed or verified, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.

Slot Games & Electronic Games: All slot and electronic games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published on the game information page. btk66 does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any RNG-based game once a spin or round has commenced.

Crash Games: Crash games such as Aviator operate on a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which the crash occurs is determined by a verifiable seed generated before each round begins. Players may verify the fairness of each round outcome using the verification tool provided within the game interface.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or market interface before a wager is placed. btk66 reserves the right to impose additional stake limits on individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.

Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of the btk66 compliance team, informed by official data providers and game server logs, shall be final and binding. Disputes must be raised via the support team within 48 hours of the disputed event.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btk66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where appropriate:

• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Company.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on btk66.
• Identity Theft: Using the identity, payment methods, or financial accounts of another person without their explicit, informed consent.
• Money Laundering: Using the btk66 platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, live casino table games, or sports betting syndicate activity.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical faults, software bugs, or pricing errors to extract value from the platform. Any winnings generated from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated wagering software, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any other technological tool to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider after funds have been credited to your btk66 account. All confirmed chargebacks will be contested and may result in permanent account closure and legal recovery action.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing btk66 staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

btk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or mobile wallet provider
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account restriction
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months — see Dormant Account policy below)

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has not been accessed for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. btk66 will send email notifications to the registered address before classifying an account as dormant and before applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover account maintenance costs, provided the remaining balance does not fall below zero.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your btk66 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Where your account is in good standing — no pending withdrawal requests, no active wagering requirements, no open bonus balances — the Company will process the closure and return any available balance to your designated payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the btk66 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting the support team. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. btk66 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent a self-excluded player from opening a new account, but self-excluded players are also personally responsible for not attempting to circumvent the exclusion.

Effect of Account Closure: Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary, at the Company's direction, or as a result of self-exclusion — any outstanding bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are immediately voided. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btk66's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your btk66 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. btk66 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for losses caused by temporary downtime, maintenance, or force majeure events.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of btk66 that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and btk66 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
